Packet Description
This packet is sent to the server for when a user's voice software (TeamSpeak and Ventrilo) status changes, ip address, and port.
Packet Layout

- attributeLength(03) "vid" attributeType(02) gameID
- attributeLength(03) "vip" attributeType(02) IPAddress
- attributeLength(05) "vport" attributeType(02) IPPort
Notes
GameID will be '00 00 00 00' when the voice software is not being used.
