Packet Description

This packet is sent to the server with approximately 3-5 minute intervals to check if the connection between the client and the server is still operational.

Packet Layout

• packetLength(*) packetType(0d 00) numAttributes(02)
• attributeLength(05) "value" attributeType(02) '00 00 00 00'
• attributeLength(05) "stats" attributeType(04)
  • attributeType(02) numAttributes2(00)

Notes

The server will respond with Packet 90 00 to inform the client that the connection is still valid. If the client doesn't get reply, it can be considered that there is an error with the connection.

If the client does not send this packet with regular intervals, the server will close the connection for believing there being an error with the connection.

What other values "value" and "stats" may contain remains unknown.
